Genesis

Kendriya Vidyalaya Assam University, Silchar has started working in 2017 for Classes I to V in a temporary building. Later on in the year 2021 the school has been shifted to its own newly constructed building. New building of Vidyalaya is situated on Dorgankona, near Assam University , Silchar. Vidyalaya is about 500 m from Assam University Auto Stand. It is 1 section upto class X school. Vidyalaya is equipped with all amenities and facilities required for holistic development of students in the Vidyalaya.
